Graphic design, architecture, interiors — the typically small size and creative focus of these studios are a great match for our approach. Many of our team studied and have worked in design, so we not only understand the design process, we use its methodology to guide our projects.

Other clients include professionals in the film and music industry, a slightly different breed from the graphic designer. How did we come to work with them? It turns out this same design-derived methodology well suits clients with a demanding temperament looking for individualized attention.

Through our association with architects, we have also picked up some private residences; through personal connections a number of non-profits have found their way to us.

We work for many different kinds of clients, though Macktez generally accepts new ones referred from other clients. We enjoy the personal and very long-term relationships we have with our clients, and when we receive referrals to which we are not well suited, we consider it our responsibility to the referring client to find alternate solutions. We do at times accept new clients without a reference, when the projects offered are particularly challenging.

Most of our relationships are long-term and still active; some were on a project-by-project basis.
